2. General
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG). This policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing and about your rights.
3. Processing in detail
3.1 Server log files and hosting
This website is delivered as a static website through Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When you visit it, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, the resource requested, referrer, browser and operating system).
- Purpose: delivering the website and keeping it stable and secure.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
- Retention: at most 30 days, then deleted or anonymised.
3.2 Contacting us by e-mail
When you contact us, we process the information you provide (name, e-mail address, message) to handle your enquiry. Our e-mail is hosted by Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland) as our processor.
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual or contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering enquiries).
- Retention: until the enquiry is settled, then according to statutory retention periods.
3.3 Booking appointments
To arrange appointments (for example the free first call) we link to a booking page of our service provider Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., USA). When you book, Cal.com processes the data you provide (name, e-mail address, the chosen time, your answers to three short questions about your business, the process concerned and the number of people involved, and an optional message) to arrange and hold the call; the appointment is stored in our calendar at Infomaniak. The call itself is held over kMeet, Infomaniak's video service, in your browser. This website itself processes no booking data (it only links to the booking page).
- Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
- Retention: appointment and calendar data as for ordinary business correspondence.
4. Recipients and processors
We pass on data only to carefully selected service providers acting for us as processors (Art. 28 GDPR): Cloudflare (hosting), Infomaniak (e-mail), Cal.com (booking). Data is not passed on for any other purpose.
5. Transfers to third countries
When the website is delivered through Cloudflare's worldwide network (USA), and when you book through Cal.com (USA), processing may take place outside the EU or the EEA. This happens only where appropriate safeguards are in place: EU standard contractual clauses or certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. E-mail is processed by Infomaniak in Switzerland, for which an EU adequacy decision is in place.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
Right to lodge a complaint: you can complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
7. Status
This privacy policy is dated 4 November 2026. We update it when our processing changes.
