Self-service, 2027

Reventless Cloud

You want to do it yourself, without a service provider in the loop. Reventless Cloud is the same way from business idea to running software, in your browser.

Roadmap Planned for 2027. A closed preview for our founding customers comes first.

The vision

You sign up in the browser. You describe your business, or upload a brief you wrote. The platform asks what it needs, shows your process as pictures and the screens each person will see, and builds a first version you try in the browser. One button puts it in the cloud with an address and sign-ins for your people. Alarms and a health screen tell you when something needs you; nobody operates servers.

When your business changes, you tell the platform, and it shows what changes before it builds. You pay per running app and for what it uses, and you can always take your app, its data and its description and leave, to your own cloud account or, later, to a sovereign cloud. AI helps at every step; a person from Reventless or a partner is a button away, for a workshop or the next part of your software.

How it will work

Sign up and describe

Sign up in the browser and describe your business in your own words, or upload a brief you wrote. The platform asks what it needs.

See it and try it

Your process as pictures, the screens each person will see, and a first version you try in the browser.

One button to the cloud

An address and sign-ins for your people. Alarms and a health screen tell you when something needs you; nobody operates servers.

Change it, pay for what runs

Tell the platform what changed, see what that changes before it builds, and pay per running app and for what it uses.

Until then

Everything the platform will do alone, we do with you today: a workshop that leaves your first part running, the next parts, and going live in your own cloud account. Software built that way moves to the platform later as it is, without starting over. Our founding customers help shape the platform and see it first. Today the tools we use run in Visual Studio Code, the code editor; on the platform you use them fully in the browser, with nothing to install.

A marketplace of ready-made parts Roadmap

Most of what a business needs has been built before. The marketplace is where those parts wait, in seven sizes, so that your own effort goes into what makes your business different.

Seven sizes of ready-made parts

1 Available

A piece of information with its rules

An amount of money with its currency, a date range, a picture, a phone number: each checked and shown the right way everywhere.

2 Available

A service underneath

Storing files, finding a place on the map, sending e-mails and messages: declared once, set up for you.

3 Available

A skill for something you already have

Notify someone and know it arrived, attach documents, turn an address into a point on the map, added to an order, a booking or a customer.

4 Roadmap

A connection to another system

The payment provider, the accounting system, a partner’s data feed: what comes in and goes out, already translated.

5 Roadmap

A chapter of a process

Returns, payment reminders, price rules, metering and billing for usage: a self-contained piece of a process, with its screens.

6 Roadmap

A whole part of the business

A product catalogue, order handling, invoicing: a part that runs on its own beside yours.

7 Roadmap

A starting point for a whole business

Rental, metered services, an online shop: the general shape of a kind of business, with room for what makes yours different.

And packs that bring several sizes at once, for example everything for subscriptions: the reminders, the payment provider and the amounts.

Take a part while you describe your business

While you describe your business, the tool proposes a ready-made part where one fits, says why, and what it would cost a month for your app. Nothing is ranked by who pays for placement.

You decide. Trying a part is free; paying starts when your app goes live. A part you take stays current with every release, and you can still change how it reads on your screens.

Every part is checked automatically, on every release of the framework, against the examples it promises to fulfil. A listing cannot claim what the part does not do.

Offer a part of your own

The parts that make your business different stay yours. A part that turns out to be useful to others can go on the marketplace, and you earn from every app that uses it.

Amperia, for example, rates every charging session at its site’s own price. Other businesses that bill by location need the same rules, so the site pricing chapter can be offered on the marketplace.

  1. Spot it The tools notice a part that others keep asking for, and show the demand.
  2. Separate it The general rules move into their own part; what is only yours stays private.
  3. Check it Its own examples run as tests, automatically, before it is listed.
  4. Publish it You set the price and the licence; the listing is written from the part itself.
  5. Keep using it Your own app takes the published part back, so it never exists twice.

The marketplace is planned with the self-service platform. The three smallest sizes come with the open-source framework today.
